Dr. Gregory Soo Chan was born and raised in Vancouver, BC.  He completed his dental studies at the University of Toronto.  Due to his exceptional academic and personal achievements, Dr. Soo Chan graduated with Honours and received all Awards in the discpline of Endodontics.

After graduating, Dr. Soo Chan completed a hospital-based residency at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York.  During this residency, he acquired extensive training in conscious sedation techniques and became experienced in managing medically compromised patients and oro-facial traumas.

Following his residency, he decided to pursue his interest for endodontics. He returned to the University of Toronto to complete his specialty training and acquired his specialty certificate and Master’s degree in endodontics.

Dr. Soo Chan is an examiner for the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC), the dental body responsible for establishing standards of specialization in the dental profession and certifying dental specialists.

Dr. Soo Chan has been a fellow of the RCDC since 2008.  He has been an active member of the Bay of Quinte Dental Society, Ontario Society of Endodontists, Canadian Academy of Endodontics, American Association of Endodontists, Canadian Dental Association and Ontario Dental Association.

In his spare time, Dr. Soo Chan loves spending it with his wife and daughter, enjoying everyday life and precious moments.

Dr. Soo Chan is proud to be the first endodontist in the Quinte area and looks forward to helping the community with all its endodontic needs.

We have highly trained dental treatment assistants.  They will do their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease during your treatment.  They are all multi-talented and skilled chairside assistants with proficiency in dental radiography, charting, and utilization of the dental microscope to provide unmatched assistance during micro-surgical procedures.  Their smiling faces and friendly demeanors will make you feel welcome.
